Digitization

What is it?

Digitization aims at web-enabling both the front-end and back-end of your operations. Examples of digitization include:

  • Employee Portal - A consistent medium in which to communicate with employees as well as creating a one stop shop for holding permanent information.
  • Digital Cockpit - Real time performance measures allowing up to date regular reviews and identifies productivity issues/ Identify inventory issues/ identify sales gaps etc. Allows for business level metrics to be tracked and reported with the ability to drill down to each function.
  • Support Central - A way to manage knowledge in a structured and concise manner and to search a site or across support central sites. It also allows access to training material, tools and best practices.
