My first year at GE has been fun, rewarding, and challenging enough to keep it interesting. I quickly adapted to my new business culture and became familiar with some GE acronyms.

During my first year I’ve developed extensive knowledge in my job and continue to learn more daily. I even had the opportunity to learn about the different businesses in the area through my involvement the GE Women’s Network.
The focus of the Women's Network is to foster professional women's development to help, grow, attract and retain successful women throughout GE. I am a Co-Chair in the Activities Committee for the Dallas Hub of the Women’s Network where I help organize, plan, and execute all activities and events for the Dallas Hub.
Although I’ve only been employed by GE for one year, it is clear to me that the reason for GE’s success is its emphasis on the development of its people. I am proud to be a part of a winning team and look forward to many more years of service!
