Lillian Hunt What’s unique about XCS is our commitment to diversity. We drive this culture through offering employees the opportunity to share their thoughts, be creative, and grow their business acumen and skills through joining and participating in our unique Diversity/Affinity groups including: The African American Forum, Asian-Pacific American, Hispanic Forum, Gay/Lesbian/Bi-Sexual/Transgender Alliance,GE Women's Network and GE Volunteers. Along with raising awareness, these groups provide our employees with the opportunity to share their thoughts and insights with business leaders and increase their exposure to the world of GE.
