Franchise Finance - Scottsdale is located within The Perimeter Center, a premier business park in the Northeast Valley, which borders the capital city of Phoenix. Boasting a stunning view of the McDowell Mountains and built amidst the Sonoran Desert landscape, our offices are near shopping, restaurants and master-planned communities. In January, you are walking distance from the PGA’s Phoenix Open.

Named "The Most Livable City" by the U.S. Conference of Mayors, Scottsdale is the fifth largest city in Arizona with over 200,000 population. Residents enjoy average median temperatures of 70.3 F degrees, average rainfall of 7.05 inches per year and 86% average percentage of sunny days per year. Tourists come to Scottsdale to experience authentic western culture through horseback riding, cookouts and eating chili, the city’s official food. Native American events are also an attraction, as well as exploring and identifying the diverse and lush landscape of cactus.

The greater metropolitan area of Phoenix, accessible by the Loop 101 bordering our office, is the state’s major center of political and economic activity. Phoenix is home to a growing high-tech industry; manufacturing and agricultural industries; 15 institutions of higher learning including Arizona State University and the American Graduate School of International Management; Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport; various cultural attractions; major league professional basketball (Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury), football (Arizona Cardinals), hockey (Phoenix Coyotes) and our World Series Champs in baseball (Arizona Diamondbacks).

Scottsdale is also centrally located to the higher elevations of Tucson to the south, and to the red rocks of Sedona, the pine-topped mountains of Flagstaff and the amazing views of the Grand Canyon to the north.
